In times like this, I reflect about the continued responsibilities bestowed upon the shoulders of my brothers and sisters. I think of the constant demand and wish for the most oppressed people to save the world for others. This election showed me that we have lost an air of imagination and the right to kiss the hope of that ‘true’ American Dream goodbye. But, as we always do. We STILL move.
Bookstore Rent Fundraiser Update!
We have officially reached our goal of $20,000 towards our bookstore rent fund. A HUGE thank you to all the donations, book purchases, shares, likes, and encouragement along the way.
Lion’s Water comes to Kansas City!
