World Fantasy Convention 2023 Scholarships

The scholarship would include: a membership to the convention, a hotel room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday (we only have a few rooms so first come first served), and a ticket to the banquet. All attendees also get a free bag of books. The registration deadline is October 12.
